Cardio Kickboxing

Our Cardio Kickboxing classes feature professional instruction, high energy music, and a cardio workout that will push you to your limits and beyond. We offer 45 minute classes frequently throughout the week. (See below for the schedule.)

With water-filled heavy bags, grappling dummies, medicine balls, kettle bells, and other equipment our dynamic workouts are never boring. Students can also wear gloves and handwraps to take their training to the next level. We have olympic quality mats for a safe workout area, and there is no need to wear shoes while you're in class.
